A finish chosen for the actual floor condition
Before starting, we check that the stone and its condition are compatible with crystallisation. A floor that is simply dull may regain a cleaner appearance, while a heavily scratched or uneven surface requires more preparation.
The result depends on the marble, wear, previous products and maintenance. The quotation therefore defines the area, preparation, stages and observed limitations rather than promising a mirror finish in every case.
